Provide details

Credit Card Balance Transfers - Provide the details of the card with the balance you are transferring.

Credit Card Money Transfers - Provide your BIC and IBAN details of the account you wish to transfer the money to.

Credit card key criteria for Money and Balance Transfers

*Transfer before 2.30pm weekdays and the funds will be credited to your account in one business day. Transfers completed after 2.30pm, weekends and bank holidays will take 2 business days. Opening hours: 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday, 8am to 2pm on Saturday, not including bank holidays



Standard variable rates
The standard variable rate will apply to the Credit Card Balance and Money Transfers once the promotional period ends.


Availability
Credit Card Transfers are available to the main cardholder on the account only.


Account position
The account should be up to date and not restricted.


Credit decisions
We may decide not to approve a transfer in certain situations, for example if it does not meet our responsible lending checks. All transfers are subject to credit approval.


Minimum payments
You need to make your minimum payment on time each month and stay within your credit limit to keep your promotional rate.
